Yog or Yoga is a journey I took 7 years ago, I started doing it to  regenerate my body as I was intoxicated with the so called reality which I was into n well since then I have managed to explore different sides of yoga which has helped me a lot to become spirituality fit.

 I did it for my body, then I realised I have a mind and now it’s all about my soul
There ‘s a famous quote which says that `We are not human beings having a spiritual experience but we are Sprititual Beings having a Human experience’
So do you still believe we are humans? Haha

When friends are around

I m changed in a way that I cannot go back, I live passionately and love with open heart.
I did restorative yoga after I met with an accident n the results were great and it changed the way I look at life since then.
Everyone experience some troublesome memories which change them in a big way and yoga helps to come back positively transformed while it leaves u strong from inside.

And then stay there

Doing yoga with people is also a great way to learn but to experience it you have to be quite and alone in ur own paradise which no one knows about.
That’s how it connects and align all the chakras of your body and let’s u meet your own soul.

Doing yoga outdoors in natural surroundings clears your thought and cleanse ur your soul,  so that you can be  you and not living a someone else’s life.
What do u know about Nature? Nature is a soul which lives inside and outside.
Chakras are Points of energy which are present in your body and complete you as a living being.

Surya Namaskar, Light and Shine

Many people who are reading this are not conscious that they are breathing as they read this, You can always be conscious about breathing and still do ur work, it’s upto you how conscious you want to Be! I do it in Layers 🙂
Being immensely conscious should be your goal when you do yoga and when u become conscious you will realize that you have all the power to change things around and change yourself.
It also helps in controlling your anger and  anxiety in today’s fast world though it helps u take over control of everything.
Positivity and peacefulness is one of the common things you will in people who do yoga.

People who do yoga also have a very strong Aura or presence when they project themselves in front of people and it is one of the trait of Our PM Sir Narender Modi has in it of which we all are big fan of.

And what if I tell you it makes u look young? Will you guys try it? Do it for any reason n it will help you in achieving it.
Asanas or posture u do in yoga helps ur body become flexible and fit while it helps u align ur chakras and connect to ur soul.
